It has come to our attention that Bethesda has a Pharoah Ant problem. Our precious family member is currently a patient there. We have witnessed large amounts of ants in her room & near her eating area. Pharaoh ants can bite, get into wounds & bring disease to the sick & elderly. We have reported it to the Director of Admin. Unfortunately, she seems inconvenienced by our request to address the problem. There are cases throughout the nation of residents being bit & harmed by ants in medical care facilities. My grandpa was at Bethesda for a few years (Tom Haley) before he passed. But myself along with all his kids, grandkids, and family all loved how he was treated during his time there. Along with how they treated us, I would recommend this center to anyone.
