My wife and I have been taking our pets to volunteer vet together for the last 7 years, and before that, she had been going there with her family for the majority of her life. Dr. Biel and Dr. Russell are fantastic, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, reasonable, and absolutely willing to answer questions and concerns. The front office staff and vet techs are incredibly nice, and do an excellent job. I've been going here for abt 2 yrs, and I have recommended this practice to EVERYONE. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND. needed to take my cat in because I noticed something happening with his eye and volunteer veterinary Hospital was close by and we were looking to switch because we wanted to find something closer. From the moment I brought my cat into the exam room they were extremely aggressive with how they handled him. They were holding him by his neck the entire time, and he was screaming and flailing around. The people that work there are really wonderful and very nice. My little dog thanks to them has her bark back and doing a lot better.
