Love! Love! Love it!
I had some bad experiences recently at my past vet’s office and went to Volunteer at the recommendation of two people I trust wholeheartedly. It was an excellent experience and I’m glad we moved our business there. They addressed my concerns intuitively, were exceedingly communicative, and I was pleasantly shocked when the bill came. 🙌 Don’t be afraid of the Alcoa Hwy construction - go see them and see for yourself!
If I could give a zero star review I would. Do not take your animals here. I have been going to this vet since I moved to Knoxville in 2022. I have had three animals be seen by them. The first was my small dog who had a seizure at night. I called them right when they opened the doctor brushed it off and said “one seizure isn’t really something to worry about” never asked to see her, never put her on medication. The second seizure she had which was about a month later, took her life because she couldn’t get out of it. The sec... read more
