Volunteer Vet has been wonderful to us. Dr Bihl and Dr Harbin have gone above and beyond over and over again to care for my dogs. They are very knowledgeable, compassionate and will take the time to explain everything to me in great detail. They have called me on their days off or in the evenings to answer my questions and fit me in on a Saturday when I was worried I may have an emergency. I could go on and on with examples.

I had some bad experiences recently at my past vet’s office and went to Volunteer at the recommendation of two people I trust wholeheartedly. It was an excellent experience and I’m glad we moved our business there. They addressed my concerns intuitively, were exceedingly communicative, and I was pleasantly shocked when the bill came. 🙌 Don’t be afraid of the Alcoa Hwy construction - go see them and see for yourself!
