BOTTOM LINE: Find another storage facility! This one is wrought with negligent mismanagement, shoddy units, insect/rodent infestations, poor upkeep, and non "climate-controlled" facilities. Repeat, find another reputable storage facility because this one is not it! I've been renting 6 units from this facility since Feb 2023. Great place to store your belongings safely. The staff is always there to help if you have a problem. They take the time to get to know you.
They never answer the phone and then try to charge you for late fees I moved out 2 months ago and told them that on a email and they are still charging me
Lukas that runs this location practically bent over backwards to be helpful and courteous to us today. Very happy to have chosen this as my storage place.
Lucas made my day today. Do whatever it takes to keep him! His bright smile and engaging personality is so refreshing! I probably scared him when I threw my arms around him to thank him for helping me but he took it in stride lol. He's a hard worker and there was an absolute difference when he took over in West Knox. Texts are responded to quickly. He is a hands on manager
