Lukas that runs this location practically bent over backwards to be helpful and courteous to us today. Very happy to have chosen this as my storage place.
Lucas made my day today. Do whatever it takes to keep him! His bright smile and engaging personality is so refreshing! I probably scared him when I threw my arms around him to thank him for helping me but he took it in stride lol. He's a hard worker and there was an absolute difference when he took over in West Knox. Texts are responded to quickly. He is a hands on manager
Overall, a great experience. New manager, Lucas, was great. After several months of gate issues my complaint was satisfactorily resolved. Convenient location, clean facility.
Very friendly welcoming staff who are patient to answer all questions..haa..was hard to understand the English language but John made it Easy!
Off the charts bad start when I couldn't access their Solway facility front door when I showed up with first load and no one shared code. After exasperating 2 hours of calling 3 phone numbers and leaving vmails every 15 minutes, I finally got a hold of someone who gave me the code. Otherwise, over my 8 months of being a tenant, terrible communication, unreachable in a timely manner, pestered me time and time again for insurance proof even though I had it and proved it multiple times. Run, don't walk, from this business.
