It all began in 2005 when the LeMasurier family of Knoxville, TN decided that Knoxville was missing something downtown. Having owned a houseboat on Norris Lake for the previous 10 years, the family envisioned providing Knoxville with the most luxurious, state-of-the-art dining yacht available.
