They didn’t show for my telephone appointment also the person who gave me my shot immediately forgot after I told her my name and birth date what I looked like and my name as if she had dementia or was high or something it was very concerning since she was giving me my shot

The therapists are good, but the office is a mess. Not just at one location, this problem seems to be systemic. The medical records department is frustrating. This will sound pretentious, but the two employees of the medical records department that I spoke with did not sound very educated/trained. The email communication was all lowercase font, like a teenager would communicate, & only one of the three questions were answered. When asked again, I was told it would be better to call.
