Switched from reliant and my bill was cut in less than half
I switched to Volterra and since then haven't been able to talk to a person in Customer Service. No one picks up the phone, they do not have any APP and the account doesn't even show Usage !! I have called numerous times on their Customer service number ; no one picks up the phone!
