DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PHILADELPHIA MANAGEMENT CO. – After filling out a rental application and providing them with every piece of information and official documentation they required, they wasted 5 days of my time , denied the application and kept my deposit monies without cause or explanation. They said that they had the "legal" right to do so. I say it's illegal, fraudulent and discriminatory! Save yourself time and money. Don't even think to do business with them!
Stay away from Philadelphia Management – I haven't had the greatest experience with Philadelphia Management. When searching for an apartment in 'Adelphia' (1229 Chestnut Street), the agent would always rush us around. The staff is not very polite/courteous. I was actually shouted at in front of others, because I had supposedly not submitted the documents on a particular date. When i reminded the agent that she was mistaking me for someone else and I had already submitted my documents on time, she was humbled down...but still... read more
Worst Property Managers! – This company has the worst customer service of any property managers in all of Philadelphia. Their buildings are not maintained well at all... there was an electrical problem in our building which PECO was not at fault for and it took Philadelphia Management 2 days to fix the problem... AVOID them at all costs!!!
