Best ever hot dogs, summer sausage and chili!! So glad they ship. Hopefully they will come to stores in the thumb! Keep on going Vollwerth's!

We like all the hotdogs and bologna. The breakfast sausages are good too. I don't eat much brats but vollwerths are pretty decent, I do tend to buy the Johnsonville brats because I have been eating them since the early eighties. Kind of set in my ways on brats. I like the headcheese too, most people cringe at that. Vollwerths has good summer sausage too. We also tend to use mostly all Baroni"s spaghetti sauce except when the wife makes her own, using Gemminani's spice pack. We like to buy as much UP products as we can if pos... read more
Quality is Very poor, lots of gristle and hard chunks of fat and sinew. Where is the quality here? Johnsonville are much better. Who wants to bite into chunks of hard gristle? The worst part is that the beer in the brats was wasted on this meat. Definitely the worst brats we have ever had.

For a hot dog hater....I simply LOVE these!!!! I love these because they are so flavorful, and can't deny the fact that they are so plump and you get what you pay for!!!!! That is why I'll forever be a Vollwerth girl LOL , add some melted cheese, minced onion, and chili (beef is my fav.) what a beautiful experience when eating one!!!!

It's cause of our 4 brick lined old fashioned smoke houses and the hard wood we use!
The best meat around!!! The only hotdogs we eat. The only braunschweiger in my fridge. And the only potato sausage ever served in this house!!!!
