Here's an interesting case of the upper right central incisor fractured mid root from a DOG jumping up on the patient and bumping her front tooth. Since it wasn't restorable, we elected to remove it and replace it with an implant with a ziconium substructure. Matching the other front teeth that we had restored several years before was a cinch with photography and a great lab!
