Here at Voller Dentistry, we've heard many patients tell us that implants can't be as good as natural teeth. Perhaps in some instances that is true, but in most cases, they sure can look and function as good as a real tooth! In this case, a patient with congenitally missing (from birth) lateral incisors had orthodontics to make room for two implants, replacing the lateral incisors.
