Terrible experience at this service location. I scheduled an appointment online for same-day service and drove 24 miles to get there—only to be completely disappointed. Service department sucks. First time I took my car in, made it sound like it’s my fault the window is not going up and down correctly. Come to find out, others with an iD 4 have the same issue. Manufacturing problem obviously. Next is that they advise you to tow your car after hours and there is no designated location for a tow truck to park your car. We had the pleasure of working with Gustavo and chose to lease a brand-new 2025 Atlas! We really hadn't planned to get a car quite yet and were just looking around. Gustavo was very patient and very knowledgeable about the multiple models as we asked quite a few questions. He helped with our decision and he made the whole process very easy. I recently leased a VW Taos from Gus at South Coast VW. It was the best deal I found and Gus was great. He was there to get me any info I needed with not being pushy like man salesman can be. I love my new car and hope to return when I’m ready for my next one!
