I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. The car was sold to me with severely dry-cracked tires, which is a major safety issue. Shortly after driving the truck at highway speeds, I noticed the vehicle moves side to side and vibrates, which made me question the safety of the tires and overall condition. *DO NOT USE THIS DEALERS SERVICE DEPT* Service advisor and service management are incompetent here. Unless you are deciding to bring in your car for repairs here, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! Called the service advisor in the Cerritos VW service dept to ask the same questions about the repair process for a vehicle and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Go to ANY other VW service department except this one.
Dave was amazing. He was not pushy. Transaction was really easy and everyone was super nice!
