Lots of cool nice beetles to select from I didn't buy here because prices are high. Did test drive some of the beetles though. They have a very good selection of vehicles of all sizes and styles for you to select from. It was really fun to try out some of the convertible beetles they had. So check out what you want here and buy it somewhere else.
Unbelievable! I leased a 2006 Passat from this dealership. What a horrible 3 years! One example: I had to get a repair done for some sensor and they advised me it would take a couple of days. I come back to get the car and it had an additional 200 miles on it. When I questioned them, it turns out one of the repair guys took it HOME! Didn't they call me and ask for my permission to do that? um, no! they left cigarette packs in my car and other trash in there. I couldn't believe it. Volkswagen Pasadena is crap HORRIBLE! sold me a used 2003 golf. A year later i got a flat tire so i got the spare out of the trunk and it turns out there was a nail stuck in the spare from the previous owner. Went to the dealer to have them give me a new tire for the spare and made me feel like i was making the whole thing up! go to the dealership in Glendale, much better!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. I brought my 2000 Jetta GLS in for service. service staff listed a couple of issues I need to resolve. I agreed to all services since this is a car I will keep for awhile. I had to wait over 40 minutes in the courtesy car for a ride because the porter was on lunch. After they raped my wallet, I stopped by to pick up my car. Someone pulled it up and ran over one of millions of orange cones they have on there lot, this ripped my bumper off one side. Best purchasing experience I got a nice 2013 yellow Beetle from this dealer. It was great purchasing experience. Arturo, the sales consult was kind and nice and patient. He walked me through all the complex steps. I almost lost that yellow Beetle, somehow they finally managed to bring it to me. The price was good, the car is awesome!! If you want to get a VW, VW Pasadena is a great place to go.
rude and cocky salespeople the salesmen there are very cocky and rude. maybe its because of the elistist type of product they are selling but I know soooo many people who got ripped off or was treated very rudely there.
