I visited the Volkswagen Pasadena Service Center today for my annual 10,000-mile service, having made a reservation in advance. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process — from the service itself to the outstanding customer service. One aspect that stood out to me was their transparency. My wife and I had an amazing experience with this dealership. They responded to all our emails, stayed in communication throughout the leasing process, remembered the color of the ID4 we wanted, sent us the e-documents the night before we stopped by, and they had everything ready for us the next day at the time we’d agreed. We were in and out in 30 minutes! Unheard of for a car dealership. I can’t recommend VW Pasadena enough.
