Good selection..sales people okay--is that surprising??? This dealership has a great selection of cars and if you go through the fleet department, which I did they can get you the exact car of your choice. Yes, salesmen are bad but isn't that the case with every dealership??? Don't believe in rating a dealership base on that..my salesman was actually very accomadating and the transaction was very pleasant...surprisingly haha! Extremely Satisfied I happened across these reviews and was surprised. I've bought more than one car from Pasadena VW over the years and have been more than satisfied. I have found the sales staff to be friendly and helpful. I have never had problems with the service department, in fact, the opposite. I have found them helpful, courteous and they've worked diligently to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I would encourage you to judge Pasadena VW for yourself.

A cool-looking dealership with cold service... If you want to check out the latest VWs on the market, try this on for size. While the service is less than stellar, they do have a good selection of autos. Take a Beetle convertible for a test drive--they're fun! Terrible Service I had to go here because my car requires special wiper blades that are not sold at a regular auto store. The service department was completely empty, as in no customers there. It took them 45 mins. to get me some wiper blades!! It was ridiculous. The parts guy said he would be right back with them and was gone for 15 min. Then the cashier had to ring me up and they couldn't find her. Then for making me wait they said they would install them for free - after I just paid 50 bucks for them! I have 07 rabbit with 30000 miles still under warranty , but if is some problem with my car they ask me to pay,then why is warranty for? Buyer Beware Volkswagen Pasadena is car dealership. That said not a very good one. I bought a used car there, a 2001 to be exact... I found a rather large scrape on the bottom of the under carriage. They claim they had no knowledge....Interesting when they detailed the car. The manager is or was ( I dont know if he's still there, is a total sleeze ball, typical slicked back hair. Yuck. Sales Department is okay but Service department sucks I bought 2 cars from this place and was pretty happy. I dealt with 3 total sales guys and can say that only 1 of them made it worth while. His name was K.C. and he really went out of his way to find the car I wanted not too mention he was actually knowledgeable on the mechanics and functions of the car. Buyer Beware! Avoid at all costs! I bought a used 2003 jetta in 2005. It was a headache. I should have taken it as a sign when the dealer didn't even have the key when i wanted to initially test drive the car. Long story short, as a first time buyer I got suckered and paid way too much for the car and extended warranty.
