If you are thinking of Purchasing a Golf R or GTI. Come here and talk to Billy Ott. He is very knowledgeable and knows his cars. He will find you the right car for you. The dealership is very clean and maintained. Others in the staff are great to deal with. Service department has been great with all my cars including ones I didn't buy from here.
I scheduled an oil change, mentioning the coupon special. During the service, they send you a video, and try to upsell a bunch of extras. I opted only for tire rotation. Took three hours, and when I got home, I noticed they had not rotated the tires, and charged me full price for the oil change. Had to make another appointment to sort it out. Rather a hassle! P.S.
