Purchased my CPO ID4 there & will only use their service department. Gino & Mike we're top notch in sales. No BS. Ron is the best to deal with in service. Never had any issues getting what needs to be done. I feel that he's honest & that goes a really long way when dealing with service. He's always made sure everything was handled properly.
This dealership will not cover any warranty issues. Even if the backup camera has well known glitches specifically the 2022 to 2024 gti models they will find an excuse. They should be sued if someone gets hurt
According to my VW app I was informed I had a complimentary maintenance available. I made the appointment online and I even spoke with someone prior to driving 1.5 hours to this place (because they closed down the Palmdale VW for some reason). When I get to the dealership they tell me I don't have any complimentary maintenance available and according to their records I've already used them up.
