Absolutely rude. Disgusting service. Hung up on me halfway through my call mid-sentence by two individuals. All I was going to do is ask if I could have my car repaired there. Not supporting, or recommending. I am totally dissatisfied. Garbage service. A polite, "We don't do that here, goodbye" was too hard for them I suppose.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Customer service was A+ and my dealer Duke was very helpful.
Do not go in an expect them to know annnnnnything about Volkswagen. I had to google and provide the actual part number myself for a extremely common part. They may as well just be a Honda dealer.
I went in with my son to purchase a vehicle. He already had a pre-approval from capital one. This was explained to everybody involved. Two days later we started getting letters on the mail that this dealership ran his credit several times with numerous lenders without his consent. Shady business.
