Just purchased a used truck from Volkswagon and was very impressed with our sales person Oliver! He was very professional and stayed in touch with me for a few weeks as we were trying to decide which vehicle we wanted to trade-in. At no time did we feel pressured and he went above and beyond to deliver our new car during the holidays and was able to get us a great deal on our new truck. Would highly recommend Volkswagon and if you do ask for Oliver!
Due to a family death, we had to get another car. My father had gotten his car at VWoSTAug, and he loved it. Due to his passing, I went back to the dealership and let me tell you..... Jason and Johnny were so helpful and kind....plus the others (who names I honestly don't remember)...thru to the finance guy, Dave. Yes, I said Dave, the finance guy is great. What a JOKE of a dealership! I inquired about a vehicle they had for sale online. I was ready and able to buy, cash in hand. They wanted to charge MORE because I was paying cash and then wanted to add almost $1000 in additional "dealer fees", not sales tax, but "dealer fees". It was a vehicle they had for quite some time and now I can see why. What horribly unscrupulous business practices! It's dealerships like this that give all dealerships a bad reputation. Just purchased a vehicle at Volkswagen of Saint Augustine. Darrick Moreno was our sales assistant. He went out of his way in getting our car ready for us. It was an incredibly good experience.
They treated me great and sold me a great vehicle. I will buy from them again.
