..I contacted the dealership on July 7th regarding a used SUV they advertised for sale. Travis was very responsive and provided me a walk-around video as I live several hundred miles from the dealership. A few days passed as the Tiguan was going through their internal inspection review. Unfortunately, it did not meet Volkswagen of St. Augustine's standard level and therefore was not going to be available for sale through them. Volkswagen of St. Augustine is a great place to buy a car. My salesman David Carni was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and most importantly very low pressure. He showed us several cars, took us on test drives, answered all of our questions and never pushed for a sale. I would recommend David Carni & VW of St Augustine if you are looking for a new car.
