I bought my car here! Service department is pretty good
Horrific experiences here with the arrogant service department. Will never drive VW again because of the disgusting customer service shown in this service department.
We are so lucky to have such a good dealership here in the valley . The alteranative is such an awful dealer over there on I 10. They gave me a great price and did not lie or try any dealer con tricks with me . Thank you Palm Springs VW.
After receiving poor customer service at Coachella Valley VW, I went here. In summary I could not be happier with the attention to my issues and the resolution - no drama, just good customer service. Will be going back for all scheduled maintenance and recommending their service department to others that I meet who have VW products.
