what a great place to buy I went in for a jetta and left with a passat!! I had been shopping for jettas at various web sites and was well informed. I also called a couple dealers that seemed to not want to give me a price. Stephen Day and Steve Louis in the int. dept were great. They showed me that after all my research on the jetta (lease) that a passat could be $10.00 less, wow!!! what a deal. I love my Passat now and would recommend broadway vw. I LOVE VW OAKLAND As a current customer of Oakland Volkswagen, I am disappointed to read the many bad reviews. I have been to many different dealerships in the past and Oakland was by far was my most satisfying experience. I purchased a 2010 Tourareg 2 from a overly nice sales man, JD Livesay (I highly recommend him). All of my questions were answered, along with more helpful information. MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I consider myself lucky to have found a local Vw dealership that treats me like i own the place. The sales staff was totally funny, but professional and knowledgeable. i was in and out with my new jetta in like an hour, it was awesome. 5 stars, totally reccomend.
Broadway Volkswagen is great Im very happy with service! I brought my daughters car in for service, the car was finished on time, I was informed of the procedure from start to finish, no surprises at all. I wanted to check out the CC, which is why I took daughters car in for her. Great car, learned all about the bells and whistles, coming back to purchase it for my wife. Buy time ! I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no pressure , I would say from start to finish 1 hour, includes test drive and negotiations. Excellent Dealership! I have bought 3 cars (1 new bugs and 2 used jettas) from Broadway Volkswagen. I have had a GREAT expereince each time with the salesman who were well informed and fair, but not pushy. I have then also serviced all my cars there. The service department is excellent and flexible (Marina is wonderful!). I have even had to rush in for a few things, and they have always worked it out to fit my schedule. They make owning a VW a pleasure.
Want a lemon? Broadway VW has it. The odyssey started in March . Bad thermostat. Ive been back 6 times in 4 months for various electrical repairs and broken door locks which occurred weeks after buying the lemon. Still not fixed. You have many options when buying a car. I would avoid Broadway Volkswagon. The service department tried to charge me over $500 on a warrantied repair TWICE. Be careful and look at all your options before choosing this money pit.
