I LOVE VW OAKLAND As a current customer of Oakland Volkswagen, I am disappointed to read the many bad reviews. I have been to many different dealerships in the past and Oakland was by far was my most satisfying experience. I purchased a 2010 Tourareg 2 from a overly nice sales man, JD Livesay (I highly recommend him). All of my questions were answered, along with more helpful information. Broadway Volkswagen I never felt pressure, never confused, always guided, and very informed. Broadway beat the other two dealerships (Sonnen, Dirito) price by $12.00 a month, same terms. It always surprises me how much people complain abut feeling ripped off when it come to buying a car, if your informed about your purchase, do a little research yourself, & STOP being a know it all jerk consumer, the process of buying a car is what it should be, fun and exciting. Buy time ! I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no pressure , I would say from start to finish 1 hour, includes test drive and negotiations. Never Happier with a car salesperson I was lucky enough on a recent visit of this dealership to meet Steve Louis. I found him to be very repectful, honest and helpful. I am now the proud owner of a brand new Passat and very happy with the experience Steve provied me with.

Excellent Dealership! I have bought 3 cars (1 new bugs and 2 used jettas) from Broadway Volkswagen. I have had a GREAT expereince each time with the salesman who were well informed and fair, but not pushy. I have then also serviced all my cars there. The service department is excellent and flexible (Marina is wonderful!). I have even had to rush in for a few things, and they have always worked it out to fit my schedule. They make owning a VW a pleasure.

Very poor service department I recently took my Jetta in for service early morning at this Volkswagen dealership. The Service Manager (Kathy) was very nice and firendly, and when I asked if I could pick it up by 2:30 pm, she said no problem. I called a couple of times in the early afternoon to check if my vehicle was ready, but all I got was voice mail. I got to the dealership at 3 pm and was told to go to the Cashier.
