I LOVE VW OAKLAND As a current customer of Oakland Volkswagen, I am disappointed to read the many bad reviews. I have been to many different dealerships in the past and Oakland was by far was my most satisfying experience. I purchased a 2010 Tourareg 2 from a overly nice sales man, JD Livesay (I highly recommend him). All of my questions were answered, along with more helpful information. MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I consider myself lucky to have found a local Vw dealership that treats me like i own the place. The sales staff was totally funny, but professional and knowledgeable. i was in and out with my new jetta in like an hour, it was awesome. 5 stars, totally reccomend.
Great experience Tolao and David were great, responded quickly when I was ready to purchase, and helped to make the process happen. Great experience overall, and one I would want to repeat.
Broadway Volkswagen is great Im very happy with service! I brought my daughters car in for service, the car was finished on time, I was informed of the procedure from start to finish, no surprises at all. I would be very leery about this dealership I usually take my car to Royal Motors, but when I moved to Oakland I decided to try this dealer for scheduled maintenance. I took my car in for service and when I got it back the trunk latch was broken. There is no reason to lie on my part, but the assistant mgr denied their responsibility. They were extremely rude and patronizing, they would never transfer me to the mgr and told me he was on vacation and later that he went to the dentist. Buy time ! I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. As a woman, I would recommend this dealership I've always been a little nervous about going into a car dealership to buy a car. In the past I haven't always been treated well by car salespeople. I typically get your basic "woman car buyer treatment". You know, they talk about the color, and how pretty the car is, ect. It's like they don't take me seriously or something. BEWARE OF BROADWAY VOLKSWAGEN I recently went to the used car lot of broadway volkswagen interested in purchasing a phaeton. Being that this was their flagship model I was surprised tat how disrespectful the sales team was. I told them that I would be purchasing the vehicle outright without financing and they responded by asking me all types of personal questions as if I could not afford the 30k vehicle.
