I called to check if they had a specific model I was looking for and I spoke to Tom. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I could tell it would be a different type of car buying experience. In the past, shopping for cars was one of the things I dreaded. Tom made it so easy and stress free. He was honest & I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of like other dealerships. Great experience and I would recommend him to anyone!
Brought my mothers passat in for an oil change, got it back and it was leaking oil all over the garage floor, added 2 quarts and called VW of NA, They told her “its not unusual for that to happen bring it back and we’ll fix it” brought it back and they “fixed” it. A few days later noticed it was still leaking so we brought it back for a 2nd time. This time they claim it needs a new oil filter housing to the tune of $138 and it “is a part that can fail just like any other part on the car” and they were not at fault. Called to... read more
Service staff is always friendly and attentive.
I work as a Realtor in the Norfolk County area and it's important for me to have a show ready car to take buyers out in. I'm on my 3rd Passat lease from Volkswagen of North Attleboro. They cultivate a good family run business atmosphere, I always get great customer service, and a square deal. The cars have been great to drive as well. Of my three leases I think I had to add windshield wiper fluid and a small amount of oil when the second lease's engine was breaking itself in in the first 500 miles, but that stopped. i have only ever gone there for service have to say friendly, helpful, quick with out doubt would go back for service not sure about having them wash the car again - was left soapie -

I worked with Jon B. and have a great experience. I went in last minute after seeing a car online that morning and drove home in it the next day. Jon was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to get a fair deal done. Would highly recommend him and the dealership and I'm happy with my experience overall
Went in for an oil change. Had me in and out in less than an hour. To my surprise when I came out to my tiguan they had washed and vacuumed. Nice touch. I'll definitely be back.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, I've heard MANY people say how dealership people can be very rude. I can say that is totally false for VW of NA. I had the pleasure to be with Robert D (Sales) and Norma (Finance). These people I can call friends, they helped me pick the best buy and were truly awesome people, especially with a new buyer.
