RecommendedCalled about a car at opening on a Saturday. Told them over the phone which vehicle I was interested in and asked if I could come in for a test drive. When I arrived the vehicle was pulled out front ready for me. Twice the GM verbally agreed on a price then changed the parameters once I came in. The first time he says he forgot that he was supposed to pay off the final 3 payments of my current lease. That was something we agreed upon the earlier in the week when I was there in person. He said the payment would be more now because of that. I said no. Foolishly 6 months later we agreed upon a price and I went in. Test drove the car. Even signed the papers to run the credit check. Arnie was who I had dealt with, he was super knowledgeable and professional. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he helped me get it taken care of quickly, however he suggested other options and was respectful of my decision to stick with what I wanted. He explained everything very throughly without seeming robotic. Good dude, good dealership.
I just bought a JETTA GLI Autobahn there. George is very pleasant to work with. Not pushy or obtrusive, but knowledgeable and courteous, start to finish. The same goes for Norma, the office manager/ financial person. Very pleasant experience, would buy there again!
I was in an emergency situation and needed a larger vehicle. The General Manager went above and beyond to help me meet my budget. A shout out to Jack, Norma, and George for going above and beyond.
What can I say! From the first call I got from Jack, the GM, I received nothing but top notch service, and absolute HONESTY. Never felt like I wasn't getting "screwed" our during a car transaction, and I truly felt like they gave me the best deal. My salesman was Nick and he was FANTASTIC. He didn't rush us when we had a million questions, and even told us to call/text him if we had any technical questions. Don't waste your time shopping ANYWHERE else.
