Love the Service Department at this VW dealership. The staff who greet you and get things moving are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They try to keep you with the same service coordinator for the purpose of really building relationships and staff are long-term vs other dealerships I have had to work with. I have worked with both Renee and Rodney over the past several years and they never disappoint.
