Everyone who talked to me was helpful and friendly. The break room was spacious, and the restroom was clean. There were various vending machines to choose from, as well as free coffee. After the car was finished, the customer rep, Renee V. printed out a list of all the Recommendations for our vehicle. Renee was excellent with explaining the major recommendations needed for our vehicle. Her positive feedback was paramount.
