Rock Audies was one of the best salesmen I've met. We went to the dealer expecting to buy a used Cadillac. Drove 3 hrs, and it wasn't as expected. This was no fault of theirs. This was my experience not even a month after purchasing a used car from this place. The salesman Andre claimed that the car didn’t have any problems but after going to BMW I found out that was a lie. I didn’t purchase their extended warranty because I’ll just say that I know better than to buy that from a dealership. I still however shouldn’t have had that many issues before I made my first payment on my car. This vehicle had multiple MAJOR ISSUES that I was blessed to be able to pay out of pocket for. He made everything easy and stress-free, kept me updated and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. It’s always appreciated when someone combines professionalism with genuine kindness and Robert absolutely did that. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
My wife and I bought a used Audi Q5 from these folks and it was a great experience! Jalen is a fantastic salesman and was great to work with. They fought pretty hard to get us a great rate as well, which I really appreciate. Only reason I didn’t leave 5 starts is because they were FIRM on the price, but it’s understandable as we bought the car the day it came in. Great experience overall and I highly recommend buying from VW Marietta
