After almost put to tears trying to work with rimrock Subaru we were blown away by the customer care we received at Billings Volkswagen! We called with what we thought was a fair but low offer (after hours of research) and they not only agreed on the offer, they hand delivered it to us in Sheridan, Wyoming! We were both very impressed with Richard M. on the sales staff. We expected a pushy, pressured sales pitch like most dealers, but got patient and professional treatment while we purchased our new 2013 Beetle! We love it!!! They even stayed past closing time to finish up the paperwork, for us to sign & drive!
VW Billings is great. I went in looking for a new fuel efficient vehicle, and found the Golf I wanted. They worked around my schedule and I was able to get my Golf over my lunch hour the following day. All the paper work was completed before hand and all i had to do was sign. The customer service is spectacular.

I picked up my 2013 Touareg today. WOW!! The staff is fantastic, Richard, Laraine, Mike and Mike are great to work with. Customer Service, they invented the term. The new car is beautiful, priced correctly and my trade in was properly valued. All in all a wonderful experience
Short answer: You will NOT be disappointed with your visit to VW Billings! Within 30 minutes we had a deal and a handshake on a used 2012 Passat TDI! Not the kind of thing you see very often at all in the car biz. Everything was at my pace and didn't feel obligated to rush into something that I didn't want to.
