I bought a new Jetta TDI from VW billings. I for one an not a fan of car dealerships, but this was a pretty good experience I will admit. The salesmen were knowledgeable about there product, the service was great. They had everything done when they said it would be. The free loaner car was a big plus while they put the mud flaps on. Everyone was very helpful. I've only had my car 2 day but so far I really like it. Thanks to everyone at VW Billings. Rich H.

Volkswagen of Billings is a friendly place to go shop for a vehicle. Everyone form the salesman to the finance department and beyond to the Parts and Service department made you feel like you were the #1 customer. Now to get the parts in that were ordered to add to my vehicle! Darn weather slowing their arrival!

Affter purchasing our 2012 Jetta Tdi from Volkswagen Billings we couldn't have been happier. Until now. We had not planned on upgrading, but with the deal we got on our trade in, we were able to upgrade from the 2012 Jetta to a 2013 Passat. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership made our buying experience great. They have worked hard to make us feel like valued customers. There was no pressure to buy but we were made welcome and felt appreciated. They not only earned the sale, they gained customers for life.
