My husband and I just stopped by to hopefully speak with someone about a few vehicles on the lot and was approached by an incredibly rude and almost disrespectful employee. He offered no assistance and actually walked away in the middle of an attempted conversation. I have never written a negative review of any sort and try to see the situation through others shoes. We will NOT be returning and will NOT recommend Volkswagen of Abilene to any fellow military members. Incredibly disappointed.

Great dealer to get a car, just got my 2019 Jetta from them for a good price. Got preapproved and everything was smooth and nice, might have to be going back here again for my next purchase!
I looked at a Jetta online about 3 months ago, I looked again last Friday and it was still there, and it was still @$4800 under MSRP. I went and looked at the car, drove it and we made the deal. Shane Davis (Internet sales) worked hard for my business, gave me a great price on my trade and I ended up with a lower car payment. And my insurance premium went down as well. If you are looking for a VW I would highly recommend visiting VW of Abilene and see what they can do for you
