Bought a 2020 VW Jetta. Have had issues with software. The SOS error comes on and the Bluetooth and phone won’t work when on. Service department has no answer other than it’s a known issue and there working on it. Also noticed that the ride was super bumpy and would sound like the bottom fell out when I would hit a bump. I googled the problem. The dealership left plastic grommets on the front suspension. Removed them ourselves because not much faith in the service department. Below is a pic of the grommets.

We bought a 2021 VW Atlas for my wife back in July and it has been nothing but a mess since then. The salesman did not know much about the vehicles then he misinformed us about how many key fobs came with the remote start that we purchased at the time we bought the car. They ordered the wrong parts for the remote start so they had to keep the vehicle for more than a week while they waited on the new part to arrive. Laid back, trustworthy place to buy a car. I was being pretty particular with what used truck I wanted and after dealing with bigger city dealers hiding fees and not calling me back, THANKFULLY a truck that fit my wants and needs popped up locally and Brian Righi and Jason Pena gave me an incredibly hassle-free purchase experience. Can't recommend them enough.
great place Super People to Deal with
Best car buying experience! I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy the perfect car me and my wife were looking for. The salesman Brian was awesome to deal with and had everything approved before I got to the dealership. He also had my car cleaned, filled up with gas and tags on prior to my arrival. Signing paperwork took approx. 15 minutes with Brandon the finance manager and it was great. Very impressed with the deal they gave me and customer service!
We had a wonderful experience with these guys! Friendly, helpful, and honest!
