To whom this may concern, I am the original owner of a 2010 A5 2.0t and I love the car to death however recently the car broke down on me with only 51,900 something miles on it. The dealership says the engine is locked up and they suspect the timing chain tensioner to be the culprit and it will cost me 4,565 plus tax to fix. On top of that I have had to replace the water pump already. Stuff like this should not be happening to a car that has under 52000 miles let alone happen to an Audi. I know the owner of the local stealership AUDI LEGEND OF AMITYVILLE came to my house over a dispute in a rip off of service.Michael SiegeL and his bald headed stooge left my property with the parting words I know where you live. This threat and others were reported to the Amityville police dept.Have to wonder why a company would be associated with some one like this
I have a serious problem with my 2014 q-5 and the constant rattling caused by the seat belt hitting the "B" door pillar. Audi of Rockville confirmed the noise but says there is no fix. Does Audi care about this and have a fix??
I am completely floored since I had to purchase four new tires for my 2012 Q-5 with only 21,933 miles. What kind of tires does Audi install on new Q-5's? Customer support didn't know. No notation on any of my Audi paperwork! To top it off, customer support said since the Q-5 is Quattro the tires usually last only 20,000 miles! Shouldn't the purchaser have been informed??
Audi of America is a joke. Blown engine in my 2009 A4 and they tell me I'm sorry we can't help. That'll be $16K Thanks a lot Scott Keogh.
