Audi America is the most despicable enraging people i have ever had to deal with in my life. Not only do they have terrible customer service they speak like they no nothing about the car they are supposed to be standing behind. I am so disgusted with them at every level. Am disappointed to write this email to Audi about the service of your dealer - DFW Audi. The concerns I have had with my Audi Q5 have been minor complaints but the dealer has never addressed any of them - ticking noise in the rear window, mechanical sound of the driver seat. But in the recent few months I have observed a drastic drop in the mileage of my vehicle (drop of close to 100 miles per tank) and the dealer after inspecting the vehicle stated that it is normal!!! Well, if you are one of the 9,043,495 that like this page or if you are new to Audi and browsing for a new car. STOP!!!! Go someplace else!!!! I beg you! Purchasing an Audi could be the biggest mistake of your life! At this point in time we are FIRST and LAST time Audi owner. We have a well maintained 2009 A4 with 39K miles on it, yes that is 39K original miles, and NOW we have to pay for a new motor due to a camshaft problem that Audi reported as a RVU and not a recall. I will never buy another car from Audi again!!!!!!! My bumper (splash guard) fell off of my 2015 A3 for no reason! Audi St. Paul will not cover it under warranty! This is the most disappointed I have ever been with a car. Audi St. Paul and Audi Minneapolis can go to hell. I will be bashing Audi for the rest of my life and advising everyone I know not to purchase an Audi!!!!!
