I have leased/purchased 3 audis. On my recent lease of the 2018 s4 from Town Audi in Englewood, NJ they made a deal with me to end my previous lease of an Audi q7 early. I than receive an invoice from audi financial stating that I owe money. I made a deal with Town Audi and they looked at my vehicle and I returned my vehicle to them. Audi dealers are scamming customers into making a deal than having audi financial bill them. This is a pure scam!!!
I love my Audi's and have not had one problem with them. Perfect cars.

I have had several Audi’s and have been very impressed by the overall performance. However, about a year ago, my 2011 Q5 showed an airbag light and brake light malfunction. I brought it to the dealer and was told that a connector was replaced. Lights came off. A year have passed and the same brake light and airbag light came back on. Am I to have this connector replaced every year? When I brought it to the dealer Audi of Fairfield in CT, they mentioned that it’s not part of the warranty neither was it part of the recall. Audi needs to step up their game in the the service dept. My experience in the South Orlando Audo wad down right horrible. No call backs....consistently provide misinformation when you do make a callback or looking for updates on your vehicle....
