Very dismissive service manager. Explained problem I was having in detail and how it should covered under warranty. Issue was with the EVAP system on 2019 gti where the suction jet pump had overflowed the EVAP canister. Service manager said the EVAP system and fuel system weren’t related. Ridiculous. Took the car to the Germain VW on the southwest side of town. Not only did they cover it under warranty, they helped asked for previous service records and fought to have it covered under warranty. Shameful service.
Took my Tiguan in this past week to patch a nail in my tire. It took them overnight for them to find the leak and wouldn’t honor my wheel and tire insurance, ended up paying out of pocket. I financed my car at MAG and got the wheel and tire insurance through this dealership. Horrible customer service and experience. Will not be buying or servicing at MAG ever again.
Another awesome visit with the MAG VW service department. Per usual Brandon takes care of me and makes everything a very painless process! Love the dealer and love Brandon. Will not take my VW anywhere else!
Have been working on my 2011 Saab. Still trying to figure it out.
