My new service adviser, Mickey Torres, was great! I was apprehensive dealing with a new person after 10 years with my last adviser, and Mr. Torres continued to make me feel like a valued customer.
My husband sold Infiniti's for years and I was spoiled because I hate the fuss, haggle and time consumption of buying a new vehicle. For years all I have done is show up to sign. I loved the fact that Mo did not harrass me with information I didn't want. I am in sales and I believe in making a product easy to buy. Mo did that for me. I have zero tolerance for incompetence and lack of consideration for my time. I will definitely return to Brandon VW. Thank you for your help. I am delighted with the car and my experience.
