Brandon Volkswagen was the worse and most unprofessional team of salesperson I have ever seen. Kevin took advantage of my son's first-time buyer opportunity to try and defraud him by rushing him into a deal that would have cost him a higher interest rate and unaffordable monthly payments. About a month ago I bought a pre-owned certified gti from MJ and he promised to fix all the scratches and the dent on the back. Today I went in and my car came out looking like someone put nail polish over half the scratches and the dent was STILL THERE. The color they put on it wasn’t even the same color as my car and now they are saying they didn’t say they would fix the dent even though MJ constantly said that everything was “BLACK AND WHITE” the whole time.
First, I have to say I love my VW Atlas that I bought in Fort Myers, FL. In Dec. I have plastic piece on a seat that broke. I happened to be close to Brandon VW and thought I would see if they could help me out. I must say it was top ten worst customer service I have ever had. I am glad I didn't buy my car there and give them any of my money. The service tech expected me to go there 3 times to snap on a plastic piece that should take about 10 seconds to replace. Horrible service! Dropped my lease off at 11:00 to fix a coolant light, 5 o'clock rolls around and haven't heard from them, so I call. No one knows what's really going on with my car but they tell me parts have been ordered and they will have my car for a few days. I live an hour away with a 2 year old. Service tech tells me my car is drivable but I could get stranded on the side of the road if I don't get it fixed. Then refused to give me a loaner or rental car. Bought a Passat TDI, 2 days later it was in the shop , the engine light came on, Called and was told they would have the car towed in. The next day at noon still no tow truck so I drove an hour back up to the dealership. I was told to drop the car off and they would get me a rental car. Waited 1 1/2 for the rental car. I am not one to write reviews but I feel like I MUST and warn people of this place. To purchase a car no problem ofcourse but service department is terrible!! Purchased a brand new car that is now 1 yr old. I have had to take it in around 4 times for repairs. Last time I took in for A/C issues and was told that there was nothing wrong. Took in it again on a Saturday (A/C) not cooling. Had no problem when purchasing the car several years ago but I have no confidence in the service department after my visit there yesterday. Will not be returning there for service or purchases since I have no confidence in them.
