I celebrated my Birthday with my Love last night. The ambiance was wonderful, our waitress super sweet, dinner was amazing, and we enjoyed our 1st visit at the Union Hotel. Will be definitely be back to share another great time.
Our road had a detour which took us through the tiny town of Volcano. We decided to look around and had lunch at the Union Inn. We ate outside in the patio which is beautiful with lots of shade trees and a sweet garden. We all had the Union Burger which was cooked perfect. My daughter had the Union Fries with an egg on top. It was crowded and there was a bit of a wait to get seated but it was worth it.
OMG- gotta try the duck wings - they are delicious but then so was the mac n cheese and the hanger steak and the chocolate mousse 😘
We really enjoy coming here on our weekend getaways. I had the smoked chicken pasta. Very good-once I had them heat it more. Bob had the fried chicken. Also good, but he was expecting pieces of chicken, not a deep fried boneless breast. And we were somewhat disappointed with our server--no personality. Lackluster. However overall vibe good.
Need I say anything? I just rated 5 stars, oh and try the homemade mushroom soup...
