The Union offers modern lodging in a historic building. Luxury linens, private baths, TV, DVD and homemade breakfast are just a few of the perks of staying at the Union. Spend the day on the balcony, see a live play at the local theatre or wine taste at over 40 wineries within a 35 minute drive, ski at Kirkwood, kayak at Bear River Res. The Eldorado National Forest is just 30 minutes to the East for outdoor activities. Rooms are available seven nights a week. All rooms are non-smoking. No pets please.     The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and the town is such a nice quiet place to get away from a busy other life. And either I’m really bad at shuffle board or their table is crooked 🤣. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

    Amazing Greek Salad with delicious Heirloom tomatoes! The mushroom bruschetta was absolutely wonderful! Great wine and beer available. Magical Garden outdoor dining.

    The Volcano Union Inn is my very favorite restaurant in our area! Great food and great service, plus the history all around is amazing. The lighting, the music and even the decor makes for a wonderful atmosphere too. If you haven't tried it, you should. You won't be disappointed!
