First, what went right: Voila did a good job coordinating with my building management (I own in a luxury condominium building in center city) and getting furniture staging and removal done without needing too much involvement or hand-holding from me. What was disappointing: My main objective in utilizing a staging company was to help prospective buyers visualize furniture it my space - to sell buyers on how an architectural gem corner unit with unique angles could be designed to maximize its best features. While the designs initially seemed promising, the final result was underwhelming and not worth the price. The materials felt cheap, and some elements of the design were rushed. For the amount I paid, I expected a higher standard of quality and attention to detail.
