We purchased our RV about a month ago, this being our first RV ever! There is definitely a learning curve and we experienced much of it on our first trip. Needless to say, the VOGT team was so supportive and readily available every step of the way! Answering our calls and texts even on weekends to help us navigate some of our hiccups. Thank you Cliff, Naman, and Alex for all you do! We wholeheartedly recommend VOGT RV!
While our sale process was good, customer service after the sale has been very frustrating/ very poor. I would advise buyers to NOT purchase ANY warranties/service contracts from this dealer as the customer service AFTER the sale is NOT the same you receive thru the sales process. I have been trying to get an issue taken care of since January. I have tried to contact multiple people to get this issue taken care of. Incredible customer service. Leslie was able to answer all questions and helped to have time to decide where we would want our RV. Once the purchase was made and it was time to do a walk around the RV. Kevin was very good on explaining to us what the RV contain and how to work everything. Overall everyone was very helpful, so I highly recommend this place to any one that is ready to purchase their own RV.
Drove over an hour and a half to look at an RV with Brayden after making an appointment with him and it was sold out from beneath us with no warning while we driving there. Terrible business practice.
Angie was very helpful in our purchase of the Tiffin Wayfarer. Since we were first time RV buyers, she was able to answer all of our questions.
