I think that **** has a Big problem telling you one thing and not keeping there word we love our Jayco they fixed it except our slide out drawers which dont think they ordered them and to top it off they used our new power cord which said they wouldnt and lost it gave us a old one then said they would leave a new there to pick it up which they didnt do they just keep giving us a big run around would not recommend there service **** at all never no return calls

When the customer discovered their power cord missing, an exhaustive search was made throughout the shop to determine if it had been inadvertently removed from their travel trailer, as it is our policy to NOT use customer power cords. We took or BH22 here for warranty work on our toilet. They not only did not fix the gasket, obvious by both the lack of cleaning and smell, The took it upon themselves to go through all of our storage compartments which the left open. We expressed how upset we were to the person incharge of service when we we there still under the impression that the work had been completed. We purchased a 2021 ***** *****from ****RV, we ordered June or July of 2019, we were very excited to hear it had arrived, but were told the 3 season doors did not come installed from the factory. We wanted the doors installed at the factory, Vogt assured us it wouldn’t be a problem installing them once they arrived. I bought a motorhome from Vogt in July 2018. I was told it would be checked to make sure everything worked perfectly. When I picked it up after it was supposedly "made ready" I was given a check sheet indicating all was working and no repairs were needed. It was far from true: 1.
