I will never deal with this place again!!! I was charged for things I didn't have done. The service manager said, "how do you think I'm suppose to pay for my techs time." I was never told I would be charged for estimates. That is why people ask for estimates that way they can see if they want the work done or not. I spent over 700.00 and asked for 107.00 back for the reasons explained. Example: 74.50 to tell me if my roof needed attending to, 14.90 to tell me how much it would cost to install jacks.
