Absolutely the worst Customer Service.
I order online 3times and all 3times they called back I said they had nobody to deliver the pizza well don't offer delivery if you can't do it
Disappointing service – cold food and rude staff This is a student-frequented restaurant. It is generally a good place, but the girls working there need to improve their attitude. They just stand there talking to each other when you are trying to make an order, and they don't bother to help; it is hard to even get their attention. I ordered delivery online from their website. Fifty minutes later, right before they close, I called to inquire about my order. "Yes, your pizza is here." "Are you going to deliver it?" Turns out they don't have a delivery person. He asked if I was going to come get it. How was I to know that the only way for me to get the pizza I ordered for delivery was to come get it?
