Had a great experience with Greg! I filled out the form on his website for a pre-purchase inspection and he responded very quickly with price and availability. During the inspection, he was very informative and knowledgeable about Clarkstown-specific requirements. With every defect, he explained what the fix would be and, for big ticket items, on what timeline to budget replacement. Report was delivered the next morning which helped us move our planned purchase along.
Just amazing. Did a thorough walk through and explained every little detail to us. Went through the process of who we should reach out to regarding the problems that were found in our home. It helped us have the seller compromise a better price and repairs immediately were done prior to us moving. Would suggest Greg to all family and friends. His reputation and skill set proves he's a phenomenal home inspector. Would give 10/10 stars if Google allowed!
