We used Greg for our home inspection on a property we are looking to buy. Greg was on point with his inspection. He was very professional and very detailed. As he performed the inspection he would explain what he was inspecting and any issues he found. His report is very detailed with pictures of problem areas. Greg is a true professional and I am glad he was able to help us.
Greg was extremely throughout and kept us informed throughout the entire walk through. He took his time, uncovered things that would easily be overlooked, educated us with options along the way as to how to improve things. He even went back a week later to turn on the house's AC when the temperature rose above threshold. We have been through an inspection in the past, but this was significantly more thorough and professional than our experience with another company.
Greg is an excellent home inspector! He is very competent and very pleasant to work with. If you are buying a home in Clarkstown you should use Greg as your home inspector. He inspected 2 different properties for us and gave us the detailed reports the same night each time.
