I have been taking my grandpa here for a while now more than 3 appointments each time the doctor Dr. Hann actually walks in the room is close to an hour or more later than the actual appointment. The staff I would say are not the best and don’t know how to handle hard of hearing seniors. They call their name in the waiting room and if they are not heard it’s like a to bad so sad who’s next type of thing. It’s really sad the lack of care. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I required urgent care due to a loss of vision that suddenly developed. They got me in to see Dr Han on no notice in Oakville and were very through. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had me fixed up in no time. The receptionist at the Brampton office bent over backwards to help me with an unexpected follow up visit . I am very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

Very pleased with my blepharoplasty by Dr Khan taking back the years by removing the extra eye bags that aged me and made me look tired. I feel as youthful as I look! Thank you Dr Khan!!

This health clinic is the worst. Find a different ophthalmologist if you can. Reception staffs are rude and unfriendly. There was an older lady she is little better but the rest is bad. I took my mom there today, May 25th, 2022. The girl with the glasses at the reception today was pure rude. This clinic also had 3 different ophthalmologists changed in last 6 months.
