This place is a joke. They gave my mom a quote then when she took it in for the repair, they tried to up the price by $100.00. After the $300.00 repair was made, they did the inspection. During the inspection they were asked what year the car was. Mom told them the year, but then the inspection showed a different year. When mom went to get it fixed, they said they wouldn't fix it unless she paid for another inspection. I believe this man was trying to take advantage of my mother because she is older. What a shame.
Vo's has always been extremely helpful and just all around wonderful. I go there for all my car care needs. Im not sure why the previous reviewer had such trouble. Also very seldom do auto repairers use "brand new" parts they are normally refurbished or remachined parts. He will normally tell you this. Even the parts at auto zone are not new. That is why there are warranties.
Purchased a brand new 'fuel pump' , cost me $500 in April '08 from Vo's. Car stopped running on a Sunday afternoon in August '08, took it to the nearest automotive repair shop thinking the problem was the starter. They said it was the fuel pump, which cost me $100 for the diagnostic. I figured Vo's would refund me for the diagnostic since we found out it was their 'FAULTY' fuel pump they installed that caused the problem. Vo's sent a tow truck to pick up my car .
