This is not a safe organization for your loved ones. VNA Care were assigned to my MIL from Lahey hospital after she was in ICU for a fall down the stairs. Her doctors wanted daily visits from a nurse since she had serious injuries and procedures done. The first day they came was 2 days after their original start date, no communication, couldn’t get a hold of anyone.. Find someone else! We have had the worst experience with this company. No one ever shows up on time. They have not done much to help my mother. After 1 week of having them we are going else where.
