Within 18 months, VMSC responded to me six times for dislocating my left shoulder. Four were at home and two were in the community. I had to go to the hospital in an ambulance as I have limited mobility and without use of my shoulder, I am completely immobile. Each time, the EMTs were kind, caring and professional.
