When they first opened, the facility is cleaned, people there are better than most places in the area. It gets worse over time, maybe they are too busy? Or their receptionists need to trained?! Very bad service. I made an appointment three weeks in advance and arrived on time, yet I still had to wait for more than an hour. When I asked the staff why I had to wait so long despite having a scheduled appointment, they apologized and said there were too many walk-ins and that they schedule multiple patients at the same time. After I complained that I needed to leave due to the long wait, they suddenly told me it was my turn and took me to a room—only to make me wait again for the doctor inside the room. Why is the rating so low 🥲 but I really like the doctors here. Whenever anyone around me changes pcp, I recommend this place. The doctors and staffs here talk very gently and are easy to listen to. If you have any questions related to illness, insurance, or medicine in general, they all have very easy-to-understand answers. The doctors are also very dedicated. But if you want to talk about high expertise, you should make an appointment with Dr. Vinh or Dr. Chinh Mai, which will be better. Otherwise, I don't see anything to ... read more
