I found Vlad to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of a home for my daughter. Buying a home can be a nightmare, I have bought four, however Vlad made the experience quite bearable especially dealing with the other realtor who was a bit difficult.

Update: We just closed our latest real estate transaction. Vlad really hustles all stages of the transaction. We had a situation with an existing lease at the property. Vlad guided me to successfully break the lease without major issues. As far as marketing, Vlad hits the ground running. He had his camera crew filming and editing, then advertising on Facebook, you tube, etc. Vlad suggested to list the property on MLS after the new year, to avoid accumulating the days on the market during slow holiday season.
