Vlad just sold my house 72 Bluejay in Woodbridge in Irvine. Vlad is a super energetic guy, and he did a great service for me. The asking price for my house was set for $845K, and we got an offer in 10 days for $10K above asking price. Vlad did beautiful marketing work, from video tour on youtube, flyers, Facebook, other advertisement to open houses.
