Paul is very helpful and responsive. He kept in touch by text and he called. His quoted price for tires were not much more then the online chain store, so I rather give the business to a local shop.

Paul and Norman installed an EcoHitch and a 1up bike rack on my 2015 Golf GTI. They did a solid job and has been easy to communicate the whole time. The hitch requires an addition screw hole to drill on the car but they took care of it and called me for approval. Note on the 1up rack: the metal ball on the 1up rack should stay INSIDE the hitch receiver. Once you tighten the horizontal screw, that ball moves outward to eliminate any rattling. I figured it out with some help from Rack Spot.
