Arahi my coordinator is amazing, answered every call, every message. Every time I had a question, she answered and was patient with me. Arahi Made me feel confident in my decision to book & she knew would be best for my needs.
They asked for your images, but they will never get back in touch with you. You call they don’t answer because they have caller ID. I guess it’s depend on your body. It’s really sad very unprofessional.
I waited to post my review hoping the post‑op communication would improve, but unfortunately it has not. I had an extended tummy tuck with back and chin lipo in December with Dr. Valladares. He did a very good job, and I’m pleased with my results that are still improving. However, the overall experience fell short. If i could give them no stars i would. Once you give them your deposit communication is down to none. I schedule with Dr.triggs January gave them my deposit found out probably three weeks after he was no longer with the office on instagram. I reached out last week to the office to find out what my options were. I was told I’m able to see one of there doctors in the practice for the same price and date someone will be calling me.
