Smooth check in service. Good visit from an on sit Doctor prior to my infusion. The most troubling thing was they had me lined up to take a 2.5-hour infusion for another drug, vs. my Skyrizi Infusion. Kinda of concerning that we had to correct the care givers on which drug infusion I was to receive. Also, too many nurses or technicians for one person. I think that was part of the confusion. Took me in right away. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. It is an experience that I will tell everyone about
Vivo was super accommodating- I had a family member with a health issue and they got me into my appointment early so I could get my infusion done and back to the hospital where I was needed! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
