The kindness and friendliness in which they deal with their patients is far superior than anywhere else. The nurses are so good at their jobs. All around i have had nothing but good experiences with them.
Enjoyed my visit, love the new chairs. I have been to other centers and Infusion in Grandvillie is BEST. Best staff checking on you, need anything they are there. The room is comfy with TV's, best chairs of any place I've been in. The nurse station has windows to keep a eye on you. Shout out to Nurse Susan, and Dr. Gray for making my visit safe.
Smooth check in service. Good visit from an on sit Doctor prior to my infusion. The most troubling thing was they had me lined up to take a 2.5-hour infusion for another drug, vs. my Skyrizi Infusion. Kinda of concerning that we had to correct the care givers on which drug infusion I was to receive. Also, too many nurses or technicians for one person. I think that was part of the confusion.
