Incompetent staff…did not know where to give the injection. Did not require mud to make sure there was no complication! Felt like we were in a back street med center. No one in the waiting room, arrived on time and waited 30 minutes! Will never go again!
The receptionist refuse to call back after leaving voicemails. Super hard to work with and schedule appointments. The infusion staff is great and thorough, it would be a great operation if the front desk staff was more organized
